My Story
After working in the Tech Industry as a QA, DevOps, and group manager for 17 years, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to try something new and exciting. something that I was always connected to - a healthy and balanced way of life!
For years I struggled with my body image.
I always felt too thin, too fat, too muscular, or not muscular enough. It seemed like no matter what I did, I could never get it right. I tried countless diets and exercise routines to lose weight and shape my body. But in the end, I always gave up, got injured, or fell back into my old habits.
This constant cycle was frustrating and depressing.
I didn't know what was good for me and what wasn't.
Finding a balance seemed impossible. But then, things changed.
I discovered that achieving the life I wanted for myself does not require extreme measures. I don't have to push myself to the limit or follow the latest fad diet.
I just need a clear goal and a "step-by-step" program while staying determined, understanding it will take a while, but it's worth it.
Starting from scratch was a big challenge, but I set my goals and was determined to achieve them.
All along the way, I took risks and stood strong.
Each time I heard the words "You can't", it only made me want to reach my dreams even more, and prove to myself that I can!
I want you to understand you can!
That is why I'm here, to share with you, based on my experience, how to find the day-to-day balance.

My Tips
Set your goal!
Decide what you want to achieve but don't forget to set your boundaries (for example. if you have a medical problem). Once you know what's your target, plan your steps, each step will get you closer to your goal. For example, let's say you want to lose weight, and your goal is 40 KG......Find out what kind of a person you are!
I'm a morning person, and after working out, each time at different hours, I found out that my workouts are better in the early morning hours.
Whenever I start my day with a good workout, it kick-starts my day, enhances my metabolism, improves my energy levels, and releases endorphins that set a "happy mood" that lasts me throughout the day.
I encourage you to try it too, find out "what kind of a person you are", and what hours fit you best for your workout.
You can try to workout in the morning, like me, at noon before or after lunch, you can even try to workout at midnight, whatever works for you. What do you love to do?!
Call me crazy, but I love pull-ups!
For me, pull-ups are one of the most beneficial overall muscle and strength developers.
It's a great exercise for the back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and abdominals.
In my Blog, you'll find a variety of exercises, try them, even if it looks hard!
Find what's fit for you, what you like (and what you don't) to do, the key is not to "push it", not to work your body until it's fully drained.
Remember your goal.
Ready? Set, Sport!!
